Who are the judges for the contest?
If i do this contest i am going to probably try to dress as myself as a trainer and not one from the games. i actually have a really cool design that kind of reflects my personality and i can finally include my porygon-z as part of the costume cause i have 2 plushies.

I would do this but my parents don’t want me to put my face up, so maybe next year I will join!
