We already know that Nintendo is all about remixing existing games (especially in the main Pokémon series), slapping a shiny name on them and releasing them for us, the ravenous fans. ::cough:: Platinum ::cough:: Now, our beloved company is expanding its reach to the side games of the Pokémon universe.
A third version of the second generation of the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon games, Explorers of the Sky, has been announced in the most recent edition of Coro Coro Comics. Riolu, Eevee, Phanpy, Vulpix, and Shinx are the new choices for your starter Pokémon in this version. No further details have become available yet.
Explorers of the Sky has been announced for a Spring release in Japan.

The Japanese release dates for Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Time Expedition and Darkness Expedition were announced on Friday. Nintendo and The Pokémon Company revealed the date as well as some of the games features in a Japanese language magazine. A scan of this magazine page (below) is floating around the internet. It sets the release date as September 13th for both versions. more…
